Rain boots are never something I’ve considered having in my wardrobe, but with the absorbent amount of rain that Hong Kong receives, I think it’s time to add a pair. For example, today on August 14th, we’re supposed to have our first day of school, yet Typhoon Utor is passing through, so there’s no school due to a T8 signal being hoisted. I really think I need a pair!
But, I just have one concern: how will I decide?
