During the most recent giveaway, one of my readers and I got to talking about lipstick–of course! It is one of my favorite accessories–as if I actually feel naked without any on. As I got into recommending some colors for Monica, I thought all of my readers might appreciate this breakdown. Now, I know I seem to be bias here with many Revlon options, but when you find a good thing, go with it right! (Here are some other lippie posts: one, two, three, and four.) Hopefully, amongst this collection, there might be a color for everyone. (And in the meantime, I promise to venture out and try some new lippies–for example, lately I’ve been really liking what Topshop has to offer, but more on that later!)

A Little About Monica
Monica was one of my students during my librarianship in Mumbai at the American School of Bombay. I can remember her and Anna were always together, they’d come into the library, and they were always so friendly. It’s pretty neat to now through Facebook be friends with past students and be able to stay in touch with. As seem from up above, Monica has an amazing smile! Just beautiful!! Somethings do not change as you get older. Now Monica lives in California and works in health administration; in fact, she’ be attending my alma mater in the fall. Go Huskies, right Monica!! All the best to you–and knock ’em out with your smile and a little lippy!
