It’s All in the D’s

For all of the family and friends that know me, you will appreciate this post. Usually, I look more forward to the preparation of the event, rather than the actual event. (I’d like Joanie, Julie, and Mary to comment; don’t you agree! Julie, how many times have I heard you say, it’s all in the little details!?)

Well, with the annual ASB Ball today, Saturday, March 14, this is a post to preview exactly that: the fun details!

Here's my shimmery purple dress. I found it last summer the day before we left to come back to India. Funny, but it's actually made in India.

Kevin and I will be coordinated with this snazzy tie. He actually found it in his closet, so we didn't have to go shopping for one.

Shoes were a dilemma. I couldn't find a purple pair. This silvery pair kind of look lavender-ish. I found two flowers I could add to the shoe, or I could keep the original. What do you think? Please comment.
