Hong Kong Christmas Bazaars Cheat Sheet

This post is more for me, but I hope my Hong Kong readers also take advantage of this information. I’ve been having a hard time keeping track of all the Christmas bazaars and pop ups happening around the city, so I thought I’d make a cheat sheet to keep things straight. Granted this could have been posted around November 1st since a bunch have already happened; I’ll keep that in mind for next year….

For now however, this is what you need to know in regard to Hong Kong Christmas bazaars and pop ups:

Prestige Fairs

Prestige Fairs basically has us all covered. A few have happened already but there are a few left for us to mark our calendar:

2018 Pre-Christmas Gift Parade

The list of vendors at this fair is very extensive. It’s midweek, but it definitely looks like it’s worth a go! Plus LVO Boutique is going to be there. I met Lisa at the AWA Christmas fair at the beginning of the month and her designs are so gorgeous! I wanna go just to see her again!

2018 Christmas Gift Showcase

Another long list of vendors will be at this Prestige Fair, AND since it’s at the start of the week, it won’t take up anyone’s weekend time.

2018 Christmas Gift Festival

This will be the last chance with Prestige Fairs. Again, the list of vendors is extensive, and this will be a great place to wrap up (no pun intended) any last minute gifts.

White Christmas Street Fair from Swire Properties

This event looks fun simply because of where it will be taking place: Star Street Precint is so cozy it will feel like a little Christmas village. Then the one at Taikoo Place will offer a time to get all the shopping done in one go. I definitely plan on attending these White Christmas Streets!

Stanley Christmas Fairs

On December 1st, if we’re outside at the right time, we’ll hear a helicopter whizzing by with Santa hanging below. I remember being soooooo surprised by this our first year of living in Stanley, but now it’s become a regular occurrence. For those with little kiddos, this event over at St. Stephen’s field is super fun. Unfortunately, my kids have gotten too old for this one.

We can always rely on Stanley Plaza to host a Christmas fair–we’ll be able to see it from our living room window. We can attend this fair on December 8 and 9 or December 15 and 16. We’ll probably attend more than once since it’s a two minute walk away!

The Hive Christmas Market

This will be a niche fair because The Hive is both elite and eclectic. It houses all the hip artisans of Hong Kong. I will definitely be attending the Hive’s Christmas Bazaar on December 14th.
