A Parsi Navjote - Kremb de la Kremb

This Saturday we went to a Parsi Navjote in Khush and Gilan’s colony. A Navjote is similar to a Catholic confirmation. The child undergoes a series of prayers during the ceremony and is welcomed into the Parsi community. The difference however is the party. Once the ceremony is over, a grand party ensues!

Here we are upon arrival. Five minutes later, the kids look destroyed!

Vincent had a very good time, but as you can see, it was very, very hot!

Here we are with our dear friends Khush and Gilan. Khush is just about ready to deliver their first daughter--already nicknamed Foo.
